Message	Company, unless they have the same number. In most cases they use the same system or warehouse. I've dealt with two companies that use the same exact same system (eautopartscatalog). One has a slightly lower price than the other, but free shipping needs a $500 min. order. The other is $75 min order for free shipping, but the price is a few dollars more. Typically the parts you get are the same as the auto parts store, and probably use the same system. It just a matter of customer service, I guess you just found one of the bad apples.
